Refund and Returns Policy
At The Blue Beast, we value your satisfaction and strive to offer the best shopping experience. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please review our policy below.
100% Replacement Promise
We offer a 100% replacement promise for items with issues related to size, fit, color, or quality within 14 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email our customer service at connect@thebluebeast.com with a detailed explanation of the issue. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send the replacement to your door at no extra shipping cost. We will assist you if you wish to exchange the original order for a new one of the same value.
Conditions for Replacement or Exchange
To qualify for a replacement or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Request Period: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Single Exchange: Items can only be exchanged or replaced once for changes in size, design, or color.
- Product Condition: Items must be returned in original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged.
- Hygiene Policy: Returns will be denied if items show signs of use, washing, or soiling.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Glass products
- Gift cards
- Customized products made specifically for you
- Innerwear products (for hygiene reasons)
Self-Shipping
If reverse pick-up is not available in your area, you must self-ship the items to us. We will credit your The Blue Beast account with 100 points to help cover your shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch by emailing connect@thebluebeast.com with your Order ID from your registered email address.
- Confirmation: Our customer service will confirm the cancellation within 1-2 business days.
- Refund Process: After confirmation, the full order amount will be refunded to your bank account within 4-7 days, depending on your bank’s policy.
- Post-Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once dispatched.
- Adjustments: For adjustments before dispatch, email connect@thebluebeast.com, and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
- Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, notifying you via your registered email. You can then request a refund or choose to replace the order after making any necessary additional payments.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if you receive a defective product and we are unable to replace it. To request a refund for a defective product, email connect@thebluebeast.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item. If it’s determined that the defect is not due to your actions, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. COD charges can be converted into The Blue Beast credits.
